Task

Galeria Tower required several objectives to be achieved. Firstly, it was providing safety, durability and resistance to weather conditions. Secondly, incorporating thermal breaks or insulation measures was crucial for energy efficiency and comfort. And thirdly, providing a seamless integration with other building elements and features was essential for a cohesive look. Our team of engineers took the challenge and mastered it.

Crafting innovative solutions with special roof metal structures that acquired accurate estimation, alignment, and detailed thermal calculation; sunset system railing for which we conducted thermal calculation; and aluminum claddings performed via shop drawings defined our engineering project for the residential complex. Our team meticulously addressed challenges related to material intricacies and structural considerations. The result is a residential complex where the unique design of the roof metal structures enhances the overall aesthetics and ensures durability.
