Task

With Spring Towers, we had several crucial objectives: the assurance of life and work quality for both residents and visitors, considering the proximity of the building to the water, the maintenance of the light and festive atmosphere, and the assurance of an airy and naturally illuminated space. Embracing a commitment to functionality and beauty, we strategically prioritized both elements in the architectural design.

Services provided: estimation, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, thermal calculation

Our engineers conducted a thorough site inspection and performed thermal calculations to embody a structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing design in detailed shop drawings. While creating composite panel claddings, we prioritized excellent aeration and the elegance of the building. We also managed to save the picturesque view for the Spring Towers residents with aluminum and glass balustrades while gaining the structure's safety.
